About The Hope Street Farmstand

Hope Street Farmstand is a family-built dream, run by a husband-and-wife team rooted right here in Klamath Falls. What started as a small passion project has grown into a thriving local farmstand centered around simple, honest food and regenerative practices. Every loaf of sourdough, every mushroom harvest, and every product we offer is crafted with intention, care, and a deep respect for the land and the people we serve.

At our core, we are makers. Our sourdough bakery produces handcrafted breads and baked goods made the traditional way—slow-fermented, naturally leavened, and baked fresh for our community. Beyond the bakery, we cultivate gourmet mushrooms and create our signature mushroom coffee blends, designed to nourish both body and mind. Our work also extends into the soil itself through our worm farm and nursery, where we produce organic fertilizers and living soil solutions that help gardeners grow healthier, more abundant plants.

More than anything, Hope Street Farmstand exists because of the incredible support of this community.
